FREDD Warhammer40k

 
It’s a triple event (Release of Apocalypse, Release of the new Codex Ork and the birthday of a friend) who introduced me to get into the manufacturing of this mechanical monster.
10 days of intensive work were necessary for its manufacture.
As part as regarding the time, everything is made for the economy, no plastic card, but some good old cardboard and also plastiroc, polystyrene, recycled plastic and 2 or 3 manufacturing secrets.

Je commence par faire un gros cône tronqué en carton à la taille voulu, je bouche le dessus. J’ai passé ensuite  couche de papier mâché pour bien rigidifier le tout. J’ai ensuite passé un tube de pvc en travers.

I start by making a big cardboard truncated cone to the size desired, I close the top. Then I applied  layers of papier mâché to stiffen everything well.Then I made a tube of PVC go across

J’ai agrémenté le dessus d’une couche de polystyrène et j’ai collé les épaules en polystyrène également à la colle à bois. 

I embellished the top with a layer of polystyrene and I also glued the shoulders with a wood glue. 

J’ai recouvert le cône de bouts de cartons découpés. Le polystyrène a eu droit à une fine couche de plastiroc pour le rendre plus régulier et pour le protéger. 

I covered the cone with bits of cardboard. Polystyrene was entitled to a thin layer of plastiroc to make it more fair and to protect it.

Découpage de carton fort pour la tête, le regard de Mork est un petit morceau de tube pvc. La base cylindrique étant faite de 3 gobelets en plastique. 

Cutting strong cardboard for the head, the look of Mork is a small piece of PVC pipe. The cylindrical base is made of 3 plastic cups.

Un pot de yaourt^^, hop, un Kanon de la mort !

Un tube de colle à bois^^, hop, un Leva-Lacha !

Pour la super-roquette, tube de pvc et plastiroc pour l’ogive.
